Statutory Rights
The terms detailed in this section are completely independent of our 45-day commercial return and exchange policy. These rights are not subject to any commercial approval procedures, arbitrary conditions, proof of defect requirements, or restocking fees.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Notification: To exercise this right, you only need to notify us of your decision to withdraw through a clear statement sent by email or phone before the 14-day period expires. No explanation, formal approval, or evidence of defect is required.

Refund Method & Scope: Within 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges (or the amount corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery option offered). The reimbursement will be processed automatically using the original payment method used during checkout.

Product Condition: You are only liable for any diminished value of the furniture resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Two-Year Statutory Conformity Guarantee

Coverage: All furniture sold through our online store includes a two-year statutory conformity guarantee starting on the date of delivery.

Remedies: If the furniture does not conform to the sales agreement, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity free of charge through repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, or if we fail to remedy the non-conformity within a reasonable period, you have the right to request an appropriate price reduction or rescind the purchase with a full refund.

Our voluntary commercial return terms do not restrict, alter, or diminish your statutory rights in any way.

Applicable Return and Exchange Conditions
Our 45-day commercial policy covers the following situations:
- Appearance issues: Scratches, dents, or finish flaws present upon arrival.
- Quality issues: Structural defects, unstable joints, or missing hardware affecting normal usage.
- Severe color discrepancies or odors: Major visual deviation from online product listings, or persistent chemical/material odors.
- Incorrect item received: Delivered furniture does not match the model, dimensions, or specifications ordered.
- No-reason returns: You change your mind and decide you no longer want the furniture within 45 days of receipt.
Item Condition Requirements

For issues related to quality, appearance, severe color discrepancy, odor, or incorrect items, the furniture will be evaluated based on the reported condition.

For no-reason returns, items must be in brand new, unused, and unassembled condition, with all original parts, hardware, accessories, and original packaging fully intact.
Commercial Request Handling
For after-sales return requests, customers may provide the order number and relevant details, and we will assist in processing based on the order status and applicable conditions.

- Review & Return Address: Our customer service team will process your request promptly. Once approved, we will notify you through your contact information and provide the designated return warehouse address.
- Ship the Furniture: Securely pack the furniture and send it to our designated return address. Please retain your carrier receipt and tracking number while the shipment is in transit.
- Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving the package, we will inspect the furniture to confirm the reported condition. Once verified, we will arrange your refund immediately. For more information about refunds please review the Refund Policy.
Commercial Exchange Process
- Submit Request: Contact us via email at service@vesperdova.com or by phone at +1 (337) 482-7319 to request an exchange. Please provide your order number, proof of payment, exchange reason, and supporting photos or videos.
- Review & Address: Our customer service team will process your request promptly. Once approved, we will confirm the details via your contact method and provide the designated return address.
- Ship the Original Item: Return the original furniture to our designated address and retain tracking information until we receive the item.
- Inspection & Dispatch: Once the returned furniture is received and verified against the reported issue, we will prepare the replacement within 1 to 3 business days. The estimated delivery time for the replacement furniture is 7 to 15 business days to your address.
Refund Method and Timelines

Refund Method: All refunds are returned directly to the original payment card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) used during checkout.

Processing & Arrival Time: We initiate the refund immediately upon inspection approval. Depending on your financial institution's clearing speed, the funds are expected to reflect in your account within 1 to 5 business days. If you do not see the credit after 5 business days, please contact us for assistance.
Fee Rules and Restocking Fees

Restocking Fee: $0. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return or exchange is due to appearance issues, quality defects, severe color discrepancies, strong odors, or incorrect items received, we will bear all return shipping costs.

No-Reason Returns: If you initiate a return or exchange under the no-reason return policy, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

A pre-printed return label is included inside every product package to facilitate a smooth return process.
Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been handed over to the carrier, please contact us immediately. We will cancel the order and process a full refund to your original payment card.

In Transit: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be intercepted or canceled during transit. You may proceed through our return process after the shipment arrives.
Damaged or Lost Shipments

Transit Damage: If furniture arrives with visible exterior or structural damage from shipping, please note the damage on the delivery receipt where applicable and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged box and contents. We will coordinate a swift replacement or full refund.

Lost Shipments: If your tracking updates show an extended delay or indicate delivery but you have not received the parcel, please notify us promptly so we can initiate a formal carrier trace.
Refused Shipments
If an undamaged furniture shipment is refused at delivery without prior notification under our withdrawal rights or commercial return policy, the item will be returned to our facility, and the actual carrier return shipping costs incurred may be deducted from your final refund.
Disclaimer of Liability

Assembly and Alterations: We are not liable for damages, structural instability, or personal injury resulting from improper assembly, failure to follow enclosed assembly guides, unauthorized structural modifications, or third-party repairs.

Intended Use & Weathering: Outdoor furniture must be used and maintained in accordance with standard residential outdoor guidelines. Damage caused by extreme environmental events (such as severe storms or localized flooding) or normal long-term material wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Pre-Assembly Inspection: Customers are advised to check all hardware, panels, and components for completeness and physical integrity before beginning assembly.

Shipping Policy
Delivery Scope
We ship to all physical addresses across the contiguous United States. At this time, addresses outside the United States, as well as P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses, are not supported due to the size and freight requirements of furniture products.
Shipping Rates
Free shipping on orders over $800 (including $800); orders under $800 will incur a flat shipping fee of $8.99.
Taxes and Additional Fees
All taxes and related costs are fully included in the product purchase price. You will not be charged any extra taxes, duties, or unexpected fees at checkout or upon delivery.
Order Processing Time
All furniture orders require 1 to 3 business days to prepare, inspect, and package securely before departure.
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Central Standard Time, CST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.
Transit Time
Once dispatched, the estimated transit time is 7 to 15 business days. Total delivery time will vary depending on your specific location within the United States.
Logistics Carriers
We partner with reliable transportation carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and specialized freight networks to ensure your furniture arrives safely.
Order Tracking
Once your purchase has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment billing details, and assigned carrier information. Once the shipment departs, a follow-up email with an active tracking number will be provided. You may track the real-time progress of your order by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our online store and entering your email address or phone number alongside your order number.

Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your item arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us immediately with clear photographs. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Modifications and Cancellations: You may request address corrections or order cancellations while your order is within the 1–3 business day handling stage. Once an item has been handed over to the carrier, no changes or cancellations can be applied.

Delivery Address and Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and access instructions. We are not liable for delayed or misrouted shipments resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details provided during purchase.
Receipt and Inspection Guidelines
Because indoor and outdoor furniture items can be heavy and bulky:

Please carefully examine the exterior packaging before signing for delivery.

If visible outer damage is observed, note "Damaged upon receipt" on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing, or refuse the damaged portion.

Retain all original packaging materials and boxes until you have fully unpacked and inspected the furniture.
Large and Oversized Item Freight Delivery
Certain large furniture pieces are transported via dedicated freight carriers. The carrier may contact you by phone prior to delivery to schedule an appointment. Curbside delivery is standard for freight shipments, meaning the carrier will bring the package to your property curb or driveway entrance.
Undeliverable and Refused Shipments
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or an unjustified refusal to accept the delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the actual return transport costs incurred from any refund issued.
Unforeseen Delays
While we make every effort to meet the estimated 7–15 business day window, unexpected circumstances such as severe weather emergencies, transportation hub backlogs, or road closures may occasionally cause delays. We will work diligently with our carriers to minimize any disruption.
