Delivery Scope

We ship to all physical addresses across the contiguous United States. At this time, addresses outside the United States, as well as P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses, are not supported due to the size and freight requirements of furniture products.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on orders over $800 (including $800); orders under $800 will incur a flat shipping fee of $8.99.

Taxes and Additional Fees

All taxes and related costs are fully included in the product purchase price. You will not be charged any extra taxes, duties, or unexpected fees at checkout or upon delivery.

Order Processing Time

All furniture orders require 1 to 3 business days to prepare, inspect, and package securely before departure.

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Central Standard Time, CST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.

Transit Time

Once dispatched, the estimated transit time is 7 to 15 business days. Total delivery time will vary depending on your specific location within the United States.

Logistics Carriers

We partner with reliable transportation carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and specialized freight networks to ensure your furniture arrives safely.

Order Tracking

Once your purchase has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment billing details, and assigned carrier information. Once the shipment departs, a follow-up email with an active tracking number will be provided. You may track the real-time progress of your order by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our online store and entering your email address or phone number alongside your order number.

Disclaimer and Liability

  • Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your item arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us immediately with clear photographs. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

  • Modifications and Cancellations: You may request address corrections or order cancellations while your order is within the 1–3 business day handling stage. Once an item has been handed over to the carrier, no changes or cancellations can be applied.

  • Delivery Address and Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and access instructions. We are not liable for delayed or misrouted shipments resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details provided during purchase.

Receipt and Inspection Guidelines

Because indoor and outdoor furniture items can be heavy and bulky:

  • Please carefully examine the exterior packaging before signing for delivery.

  • If visible outer damage is observed, note "Damaged upon receipt" on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing, or refuse the damaged portion.

  • Retain all original packaging materials and boxes until you have fully unpacked and inspected the furniture.

Large and Oversized Item Freight Delivery

Certain large furniture pieces are transported via dedicated freight carriers. The carrier may contact you by phone prior to delivery to schedule an appointment. Curbside delivery is standard for freight shipments, meaning the carrier will bring the package to your property curb or driveway entrance.

Undeliverable and Refused Shipments

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or an unjustified refusal to accept the delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the actual return transport costs incurred from any refund issued.

Unforeseen Delays

While we make every effort to meet the estimated 7–15 business day window, unexpected circumstances such as severe weather emergencies, transportation hub backlogs, or road closures may occasionally cause delays. We will work diligently with our carriers to minimize any disruption.
