Shopping Cart and Order Confirmation

Delivery and Receipt Inspection

  • Scheduled Delivery: For large furniture items, the freight carrier may reach out to you prior to arrival to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure someone is present at the designated address during that time.

  • Packaging Inspection: When your shipment arrives, inspect the exterior packaging for any tears, dents, or signs of transit damage before signing for the delivery.

  • Unpacking and Verification: Carefully unpack your items and confirm that all components, hardware packs, and manuals are included. If any component is damaged during transit or missing, take clear photographs and reach out to us right away.

Returns and After-Sales Support

  • 45-Day Return Policy: We want you to be fully satisfied with your furniture selection. If you need to return an item, you may request a return within 45 days of receiving your delivery by contacting our support team.

  • Return Condition: Returned furniture must be in its original, unassembled, and unused condition, complete with all original packaging, hardware, and protective materials.
